29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2): Where there was a danger of tools, materials, or equipment falling from a scaffold and striking employees below, the employees were not protected in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (h)(2)(i)-(v): a) Construction site of new Holiday Inn at 2260 Downs Drive in Erie, PA. On or about August 21, 2020, employees were not protected from falling objects such as, but not limited to, tools, equipment and materials when working on the ground, below the tubular, masonry scaffold system. Falling object protection was not utilized on and/or around the scaffold. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
