29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3): Where guardrails were not installed along the front edge of the platform or all employees were not protected from falling with the use of personal fall arrest systems, the front edge of the scaffold platform was more than 14 inches: a) On or about 08/24/20, at the Chick-Fil-A under construction, located at 100 Marketplace Drive, in Henrietta, New York; the employer did not limit the space/gap between the work surface and the scaffold platform to 14 inches or less. Employees were exposed to falling 13 feet to the lower level where the working platform was measured to be 21 inches away from the building wall. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
