29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). At the construction site, employees performing roofing work more than six feet above the ground level were not protected from falling by any type of a fall protection system. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449390, citation number one, item number one was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 3607 124th Street, Lubbock, Texas.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: At the construction site, employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to fall hazards while using a ladder that did not extend at least three feet above the roof's landing. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449390, citation number two, item number two was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3607 124th Street, Lubbock, Texas.
