Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  a) Fire Station #14, Yorktown Naval Weapons Station: On or about 08/25/20, the outdoor outlet, next to the picnic table, was found to not be in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.  A statement on the faceplate of the outdoor outlet states, "wet conditions, cover closed".  The outlet was not covered with the cover being on the ground below the outlet and filled with water.  The outlet was GFCI protected.  The outlet was known to be used on 08/19/20 as the power source for the table saw the victim was using.
