1910.272(e)(1)(ii) The employer did not provide training to employees at least annually and when changes in job assignments exposed them to new hazards in specific procedures and safety practices applicable to their job tasks including but not limited to, cleaning procedures for grinding equipment, clearing procedures for choked legs, housekeeping procedures, hot work procedures, preventive maintenance procedures and lock-out/tag-out procedures.: On or about August 25, 2020, the employer failed to fully train employees on the importance of conducting housekeeping inspections pertaining to the Scale Floor and Bin Deck.

29 CFR 1910.272(j)(4):The housekeeping program at the grain handling facility did not address the procedures for removing grain and product spills from the work area: On or about August 25, 2020, employees exposed to slip and fall hazards on the Scale Floor and Bin Deck from grain accumulating on the walking-working surfaces, and the housekeeping program did not contain procedures for removing such spills from the work area.
