29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  The construction site located at the P-930 Combat Vehicle Repair Facility Project, warehouse electrical room: A 500 watt 4.5 amp Wobble Light model WL500H used as room lighting was found with the strain relief pulled from the terminal joint. Employees moved the Wobble Light for lighting to assigned work areas. Employees were exposed to potential electrical shock and burn hazard(s).
