On or about August 26, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, seventeen (17) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about August 26, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
