Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): When portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access: 1055-1057 Main St., Holden, MA: On or about August 26, 2020, 2 men were observed climbing from an aluminum extension ladder to the upper landing surface (scaffold) which was around the corner from the scaffold and did not extend the required 3 feet past that upper landing surface. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
