29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2:) Frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were not made by competent persons designated by the employer. a) FBI Buildings, Inc. on or about May 20, 2020, at the address of 2057 Rome Greenwich Road in Greenwich, Ohio: The employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections to ensure sufficient and correctly installed temporary bracing was applied across the truss planes to the 76-foot mono trusses onsite. Employees working around the trusses were exposed to struck-by hazards.
