29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees:  a. Western Bee Supplies, Inc., 5 Ninth Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860: On or about August 13, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to the unexpected energization of equipment including, but not limited to, the Paulson Enterprises, Inc. Bottom Gang Rip Saw Model SL-10 Serial #63, and the Top Saw while performing cleaning operations. The employer did not ensure that its' shared employees were trained on the host employers Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures.
