29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:   a)  302 Robert Reamer Ave, Gardiner, MT 59030:  On or about September 3, 2020, and at times prior, shared employees of Alternative Staffing Corporation dba LC Staffing Service were exposed to cave in hazards while replacing a fire hydrant in an unprotected excavation at a depth of 5 feet 8 inches without training in the recognition of excavation hazards or methods to control these hazards.
