29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening. Location - 64 Union Avenue, Framingham, MA. On or about August 27t, 2020, two employees were not protected from falling while working at a window opening twenty two feet and thirty three feet above lower level.
