Workers operated a New Holland Tractor, Model Number MW70, SN: NH5487050, with a rotating shaft casing exposing them to caught in and amputation hazard.  b) On or about August 25, 2020, vicinity of Campbell Army Airfield, Fort Campbell, KY.  Workers operated a Kubota Tractor, Model Number M5-111D  SN: 51037, with Land Pride attachment SN 1011485, with a rotating shaft casing exposing them  to caught in and amputation hazard.

Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment.  a) Maintenance Shop, 1000 Gate 7 Road, Lot "H", Fort Campbell, KY.  On or about August 25, 2020, a worker used compressed air wand with air pressure of 35 psi for cleaning of debris in and around equipment prior to providing service and maintenance was exposing the worker to air embolism and eye injury.
