On or about August 28, 2020, on the east side of a building being constructed where employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using the braces to access the northernmost scaffold platform.  b.  On or about August 28, 2020, on the east side of a building being constructed where employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using the braces to access the southernmost scaffold platform.  Brickfield Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416594, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 21501 Gulf Freeway Webster TX, 77598.
