29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) 722-752 Teays Lane, Hurricane: On or about August 5, 2020 an employee received burn injuries while burning debris in a work related incident. The injury resulted in an impatient hospitalization that was not reported to OSHA until August 26, 2020.
