29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: (a) Jobsite: On or about 9/1/2020, the employer did not train a worker to recognize the hazards of working from a carpenters bracket scaffold in that, an employee was observed working from the scaffold at an approximate height of 10' 2", while the scaffold was not fully planked the entire length of the scaffold (approximately 60 feet), and without fall protection.
