29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(c): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within the possible path of vapor travel:  (a) H&H Corporate LLC at 5655 N Peterson Rd. Sedalia, CO 80135: On or before 8/27/2020 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that a heat gun was left on in the vicinity of where a new membrane filter was being tested with heptane solvent. The solvent escaped and in the process of cleaning the spill, the heptane ignited, causing the employee to be burned. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
