A)  Rupp Contracting, LLC, at the worksite located at 680 State Route 2, Wauseon, Ohio:  On or about September 2. 2020, the employer did not ensure employees using pneumatic nail guns were protected from eye injuries while installing shingles on a single story residential structure.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):              A) Rupp Contracting, LLC, at the worksite located at 680 State Route 2, Wauseon, Ohio:  On or about September 2, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing shingles on a single story residential structure. The employees operating in this condition were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 11 feet from the roofs edge.
