29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.      On Sept. 2, 2020, located at a commercial roof structure, employees performing pre-work roof inspections were exposed to fall hazards in that an area of translucent skylights, approximately 15 feet long by 9 feet wide, was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface. Potential fall heights were determined to be 23 feet above ground level.    Bruns Construction Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1410619, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1035 W Green St, Piqua, OH 45356.
