29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:  a)  Aldi 3437 Simpson Ferry Road - Employees were working from a JLG 1932R scissor lift, where its mid-rail chain was not secured at the end of the platform, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet, on or about September 1, 2020  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
