29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a)Environmental Services: On or about April 9, 2020, the employer required an employee to wear a N95 respirator when cleaning rooms and transporting patients who had suspected or confirmed COVID-19 illness. The employee had previously been fit tested for a different make and model respirator in 2014, however, the employer did not conduct an initial fit test for the make and model N95 respirator that the employee used from April 9, 2020 to April 12, 2020
