29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) South side of roof - On or about September 3, 2020 the general contractor failed to ensure that the workers on the roof were protected from falling with the use of a fall protection system exposing them to fall hazards.
