29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: (a) Outside of Compressor Room: On September 3, 2020 and times prior, fire extinguishers to be used by employees in the event of an incipient stage fire were not visually inspected at least monthly. The Dana Transport Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453598, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 19 West Plant Road, Nitro, WV 25143.
