29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): General requirements for machine guards. Guards were not affixed to the machine where possible and secured elsewhere if for any reason attachment to the machine is not possible: a) NSA Millington, Building S-599, on or about 2 Sep 2020, a worker was using a Stihl Lawn Trimmer (FS 111) without a cutting head guard exposing workers to struck-by hazards from flying objects and debris.
