29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Jobsite located at 1050 West Swedesford Road, Berwyn, PA: The employer did not provide a method of machine guarding to protect employees from coming in contact with the point of operation on the Accurpress metal bending machine, Model #710010. The employee operating the metal bending machine suffered an amputation. Documented to occur on or about 28 AUG 2020.
