Employees were exposed to open energized electrical hazards, such as but not limited to, arc flash and electrical shock. (b) Elevator Lobby - On or about September 04, 2020 employer did not cover the energized 110 volt receptacles with a faceplate. Employees were exposed to open energized electrical hazards, such as but not limited to, arc flash and electrical shock. (c) East End - On or about September 04, 2020 employer did not cover the energized 110 volt receptacles with a faceplate.
