29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction, LOT 26, Top Plate: On or about 9/9/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 feet 4 inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees who were conducting framing activities and running chalk lines while walking on the top plate.
