Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) Jobsite - Upper Garage Roof: On or about September 8, 2020 employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately seventeen feet while engaged in roofing activities on a flat roof that was approximately ninety-five feet wide while being protected by the use of a monitoring system only .
