29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there are potential electrical hazards were not provided with, and did not use, electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed. On or about September 10, 2020 and at times prior thereto, and at times thereafter, the employer did not ensure employees were provided and wore electrical type personal protective equipment, such as, where an employee was working on an air conditioning unit energized at 460 volts, exposing the employee to electric shock hazards. Note: Personal protective equipment requirements are contained in subpart I of this part.
