Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person.   a)  On or about September 8, 2020 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that scaffold and scaffold components  were erected, disassemble or altered without supervision and direction of a qualified competent person, in that, the scaffold system was altered by moving wallboards to reach a higher level, exposing employees to fall hazard.
