29 CFR 1926.152(g)(9): Conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were not posted in service and refueling areas: (a) On or about September 10, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees and employees of subcontractors under the control of The Korte Company were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where an Advanced Tank Manufacturing, 500 gallon flammable liquid diesel fuel tank equipped with a 12 volt DC Fill-Rite dispensing transfer pump was in operation at MQ9-GCS / OCC, Project No. G-19-24, Creech Air Force Base, Nevada.

29 CFR 1926.152(g)(11): Each service or refueling area was not provided with at least one fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C located so that an extinguisher would be within 75 feet of each pump, dispenser, underground fill pipe opening and lubrication or service center: (a) On or about September 10, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees and employees of subcontractors under the control of The Korte Company, where no fire extinguisher was present were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where an Advanced Tank Manufacturing, 500 gallon flammable liquid diesel fuel tank equipped with a 12 volt DC Fill-Rite dispensing transfer pump was in operation at MQ9-GCS / OCC, Project No. G-19-24, Creech Air Force Base, Nevada.
