29 CFR 1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: a) On or about 09/08/2020, at the reefer container, employees were exposed to explosion hazards due to the buildup of flammable vapors inside a reefer container. The reefer container and its associated cooling components and auxiliary equipment were not safe for use with a class 1 or a potential class 1 atmosphere.
