29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite, 120 Campus Lane, Butler High School, Butler, PA: On or about September 10, 2020 an employee was positioned in the hoist area assisting the unloading of materials and no fall protection systems were in place to prevent falls. The fall hazard was approximately 11 feet to the ground.
