29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  A.)  Asif Contractor, 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501, first floor, center hallway near staircase, on or about September 24, 2020 and times prior thereto:  Employees were demolishing floor tiles.  The floor tiles that were accumulated in the hallway were not cleaned up during the course of demolition, and posed a trip and fall hazard.  B.)  Asif Contractor, 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501, first floor, south hallway near staircase, on or about September 24, 2020 and times prior thereto:  Employees were demolishing floor tiles.  The floor tiles that were accumulated in the hallway were not cleaned up during the course of demolition, and posed a trip and fall hazard.
