If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired;  Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards. Employees  working at the facility's kitchen area were exposed to trip and fall hazards. Missing floor tiles and frayed carpet were causing a tripping hazard.  The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were repaired or guarded.
