29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) a) Lot 2 Calder Street, Martinsburg; On or about September 10, 2020 and times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall up to 11 feet 8 inches, eave to ground, while placing sheathing on the roof of a two story residential home. The employee was not utilizing a fall protection system or fall arrest harness.
