(a) On or about September 10, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for an employee exposed to potential respiratory hazards while using a walk-behind concrete saw to cut concrete for approximately two hours in absence of an integrated water delivery system at MQ9-GCS / OCC, Project No. G-19-24, Creech Air Force Base, Nevada.
