This exposed employees to electrical shock and/or burns. This was documented on or about 09/15/2020. b) At worksite located at 1102 Fayette, NKC MO -- The charging cables for the forklifts were damaged with what appeared to have tape over bare wire on the positive cable, and exposed wires on the negative. Additionally there was obvious damage to the outer insulation (knicks, indents, tape, etc). This was documented on or about 09/15/2020.
