The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) On or about September 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing painting work from a Skytrak SJ66T Aerial Lift without fall protection. b) On or about September 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing painting work on a roof without fall protection.
