29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) JM Construction Corp. at 112 Buckrail Bend, Tabernash, CO 80478: On and before September 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that employees were engaged in framing activities on the second level of a residential home without using fall protection means. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
