29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operators manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate. a) On September 16, 2020, at the previously addressed job site, order picker operators were not provided with training addressing the operators manuals instructions, warnings, and precautions. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
