29 CFR 1926.251(b)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and manufacturer:  (a)  Jobsite:  On or about September 16, 2020, employees were using an eight foot by 3/8's inch alloy steel chain sling and the chain did not have a tag on it nor did the company have any paperwork on the sling.
