29 CFR 1926.951(b)(1): At least two trained persons shall be available to provide medical services and first aid at a field locations when there is at least two or more employees are working doing field work:  a)  287 Stonehaven Dr., Red Hill - On or about September 17, 2020, at least two employees working at this field work location were not trained and certified in first aid and CPR.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
