29 CFR 1926.153(i)(2): Heaters were not equipped with an approved regulator in the supply line between the fuel cylinder and the heater unit. Cylinder connectors were not provided with an excess flow valve to minimize the flow of gas in the event the fuel line becomes ruptured: a) 100 Market Street, Coudersport, PA: A heater and gas cylinder was used to heat the interior of a job trailer used by employees as an office area and for lunch breaks. The heater was not equipped with a regulator and the cylinder connection was not equipped with an excess flow valve which exposed the employees to a fire and explosion hazard, on or about September 16, 2020. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
