The employer did not ensure that each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation occurred on September 17, 2020, at least one (1) employee was exposed to falls of more than 20 feet to the ground below.
