29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: Commissary: Produce Department: An employee, after cutting up and packaging fresh fruit and vegetables, used J512 disinfectant and Clorox bleach to clean the deep sink, side counters, and surrounding floor area. The employer did not document a hazard analysis specific for the concentrated cleaning chemicals being used to include an evaluation of personal protective equipment required. Employees exposed to dermal and eye hazards.
