29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: 14325 Potranco Road sign erection. On or about September 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees performing sign erection operations were exposed to fall hazards while standing on the mid-rail of an extended Wilkie 72R crane aerial basket 45 feet off of the ground. Comet Signs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443371, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 06, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12845 Potranco Rd, San Antonio TX. 78245.
