29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: (a) R&D Pipeline Construction, Inc. at 2800 W 10th Ave in Denver, CO 80204: On or around September 4, 2020, an employee was observed riding inside the excavator bucket in order to move a de-energized communication cable out of the way of the excavation operation. This condition exposed one employee to a fall hazard in excess of 20 feet.
