29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to vehicle struck-by hazards while standing in the path of travel.  a) Jobsite: 300 West Dupont St. Ridley Park, PA, Ridley Park Middle School, exterior loading dock - On or about 9/16/2020, an employee guiding a Caterpillar CB10 Vibratory Asphalt Compactor up a ramp while standing in the travel path of the vehicle was exposed to being struck by the vehicle. The ground employee suffered fatal injuries when the vehicle accelerated and pinned him between the vehicle and loading dock wall.
