29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about September 21, 2020, at the construction site located at 4547 S. Lake Drive, Cudahy WI, employees were performing roofing work on a single story residential home with a pitch of approximately 8 and 12 and up to approximately 9 3/10 feet in height without being tied off to an anchor point, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. SER Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1298780, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/6/2018, with respect to a workplace located at S63W24695 Townline Rd Waukesha, WI 53189 .
